Un bastón eléctrico era una arma letal de corto alcance que inmovilizaba objetivos orgánicos con una poderosa descarga eléctrica. Requería que sus usuarios tocaran físicamente a la víctima con el objeto para inmovilizarlas a la perfección. Si se cargaba mucho y se atacaba con él a un largo tiempo, la víctima podía fallecer.
